At Mooncloog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
