All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Mooncloog may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Delays

Mooncloog is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mooncloog is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
